With more than 30 years of professional experience, Ruth brings a strong background in operational excellence, leadership support, and client-focused service to her role as our Operations Assistant. She helps maintain the reliable operational foundation that enables our firm to deliver exceptional service. 

 

Ruth is passionate about serving and connecting people. Her career reflects a consistent ability to strengthen internal processes, enhance team efficiency, and support smooth day‑to‑day operations. She is committed to fostering a collaborative, people‑centered environment where staff can grow and thrive. Her thoughtful approach ensures that everyone feels valued while effectively contributing to the organization’s goals.

Before joining our firm, Ruth spearheaded the volunteer program at BibleProject where she expanded the team and was dedicated to deepening community engagement.

In prior roles, she served as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager, including with Barclays Global Investors for over a decade where she led a team of accountants, overseeing training, development, and resource allocation to achieve global project goals.
