Director of Valuation Services
Alina Niculita served as the President of Shannon Pratt Valuations from 2005-2015. In this role, she performed business valuations for numerous companies in a wide variety of industries and for diverse purposes across the United States. Ms. Niculita has worked closely with Dr. Shannon Pratt on complex and large litigation engagements. She has defended appraisals to the IRS, served as a consulting expert, testified in support of her opinions, and co-authored valuation texts with Dr. Shannon Pratt.
