As someone who thrives on inquiry and uncovering truth, he brings a sharp investigative lens to forensic accounting. He’s able to understand large and messy datasets, find weaknesses and present a complete picture from that data.
His expertise spans audit, process design and control design, risk assessment and valuation. Sean has worked closely with clients to advise on financial reporting and offer process and control insights based on quality evidence.
With an analytical mindset and ability to distill key information, Sean takes pride in conducting thorough and complete investigations. He’s also a skilled communicator who can walk others through technical topics to bring clarity and understanding.
Before joining our team, Sean served as Principal Grant Accountant at PGE where he led process and control design for a grant portfolio ranging from $50K to $1B. His role involved navigating complex data and grant structures to develop a robust control environment and deliver accurate, actionable portfolio insights.
Sean previously spent several years with Deloitte, leading audits and supporting multinational corporations with risk assessment, control testing and design, and business valuations.
