Welcoming Director of Operations Nick Deccio to Our Team

Nick Deccio is a financial professional who leads our internal operations and technology initiatives, including spearheading the implementation of new software platforms. He also works to promote our mission of telling the truth and loving people by championing our Values System, a set of best practices that defines our culture of excellent client service.

Nick brings 15+ years of broad experience across all areas of accounting, financial analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning.   

Prior to joining our firm, he served as CFO of a telecommunications company. He has also served in accounting and finance roles for a multi-billion-dollar public company, an international nonprofit, a university, and a family-owned business. He made his way back to the small business world to make a greater impact while expanding the breadth of his experience.
