Terry brings 25+ years of experience providing business valuations, financial analysis, and lost profits damage analysis for businesses and individuals covering a broad range of industries.

With a honed skillset in the valuation of business entities of various size and complexity, Terry has a proven track record for problem solving regardless of valuation type or industry. Whether a valuation is related to tax requirements, a transaction, or litigation, he listens to a client’s needs and tailors a solution to their specific issue.
The specialized experience he adds to our team includes intangible asset valuation for fair value reporting and valuations for ESOP-related purposes. Terry also determines financial damages, including lost profits in various types of litigation cases, and performs blockage discount analysis of publicly traded securities.
Terry’s previous experience includes business valuation and financial advisory services for a national valuation firm for nearly 20 years. He also served as the director of valuation services for a regional accounting and consulting firm in San Antonio, Texas for six years.
Early on in his career, Terry spent four years as a certified public accountant (CPA) with a local public accounting firm in Portland.
