Nick Deccio is a financial professional who serves as our Director of Operations. He brings 15+ years of broad experience across all areas of accounting, financial analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning.

Nick leads our internal operations and technology initiatives, including spearheading the implementation of new software platforms. He also works to promote our mission of telling the truth and loving people by championing our Values System, a set of best practices that defines our culture of excellent client service.

His strong suits include auditing and process management. With a love for numbers, Nick enjoys analyzing and piecing together a puzzle to tell a story. He is adept at leveraging big data and new technologies to develop and implement systems and procedures that help advance organizational productivity and efficiency.

Prior to joining our firm, Nick served as CFO of a telecommunications company where his work included providing financial advice for M&A on multi-million-dollar acquisitions. He has also served in accounting and finance roles for a multi-billion-dollar public company, an international nonprofit, a university, and a family-owned business. He made his way back to the small business world to make a greater impact while wearing many hats and expanding the breadth of his experience.
